In 2023, Europe’s single market turns 30.

The ECCP Trend Universe is a new tool which allows platform users to get a deeper understanding of future trends and their impact on cluster organisations.

Defence and Security Industry Association of the Czech Republic (DSIA) was established in 1997. To this date, DSIA is associated with 160 companies. The members' base has rapidly changed since its establishment. For example, 28 new companies joined the DSIA last year.

The green and digital transition is forecast to bring millions of new jobs. Large and small businesses need skilled people to innovate and grow.

European Cluster Collaboration Platform, on behalf of the European Commission, DG GROW, organised the EU Clusters Talk “European Year of Skills: Talent for the twin transition” on 14 June 2023, 8:30 – 09:45 CET. 

On the 18th of May, 2023, the National Cluster Association hosted a General Assembly in the Technology Centre Prague. The event was attended by 30 NCA members and guests.  

The National cluster association is part of the EuroCluster Rural Tourism project which is doing great. Another project milestone has been reached! The call for service providers has been successfully completed. 

European Cluster Collaboration Platform, on behalf of the European Commission, DG GROW, organises the EU Clusters Talk “Patents in Europe: A new framework for innovation” on 31 May 2023, 8:30 – 9:45 CET, to inform about the new proposed regulatory framework and discuss how companies, especially SMEs, can benefit from new patent rules.

The European Cluster Collaboration Platform on behalf of the European Commission in partnership with Region Skane, Media Evolution, Sustainable Business Hub, Livsmedels-akademin, Syd Industriellt utvecklingscentrum, Mobile Heights and Packbridge are jointly organizing the Clusters Meet Regions workshop on 15 -16 June 2023 in Malmö, Sweden

In response to strong interest and requests for more time, ECCP is pleased to announce that the deadline for applications has been extended to 24 May 2023.

Cluster CZECHIMPLANT introduces its member Contipro, a.s., which contributed to the Bioeconomic Atlas NCA. The atlas was created thanks to the project DanuBioValNet (01/17-06/19) and GoDanuBio (07/20-12/22), co-financed by the INTERREG DANUBE programme.

The furniture industry is part of the Cultural and Creative EU Industrial Ecosystem. The tradition is being mixed here - craftsmanship and innovations in production (digitalisation, robotisation). 

Following the resounding success of its inaugural Cluster Booster Academy, the ECCP is thrilled to announce that the new open call for participants for the highly anticipated second iteration was open. The deadline of the call is 19 May 2023.
