Network Security Monitoring Cluster
Network Security Monitoring Cluster (NSMC) is a center of excellence, a knowledge platform uniting 20 Czech companies and experts in the field of cybersecurity.
It was founded in 2010 and consists of both companies from the private sector and academic institutions. We are also partnered with other associations, corporations focused to cybersecurity and we are member of Regional Chamber of Commerce in Brno. Our industry partner is i4.0 cluster. Thanks to our excellent reputation, we have even found recognition among national institutions. We were allowed to participate in the formulation of the unique Czech Republic Cybersecurity Act and in its harmonization with EU regulations (NIS, GDPR, etc.). The theoretical knowledge of our members is supported by feedback from practice as well as our own know-how.
NSMC is a member of National Cybersecurity Competence Centre and Cybersecurity Innovation Hub at Masaryk University.
NSMC is an author of Junior Center of Excelence concept and JCSIRT concept - cybersecurity education program and cyber laboratory for specialized high schools based on regional principle.
