The establishment of KVADOS IS is a natural step in the further development of KVADOS Group. While the parent company, KVADOS, a.s., a member of the IT Cluster, focuses primarily on logistics and warehouse solutions, automation and robotics, KVADOS IS, s.r.o. is dedicated to the digitalisation of business processes.

KVADOS IS will follow a long-established model in which specialisation in a specific area enables a stronger focus on the core business. Operating independently will give the company greater scope for development and innovation and allow it to respond more quickly to changing customer needs. At the same time, KVADOS IS is not starting from scratch. It builds on KVADOS's many years of experience in developing proprietary software, hundreds of successfully delivered projects and the expertise of specialist teams that support customers from the initial analysis through implementation to ongoing support. Crucially, it will also continue to benefit from all the advantages of being part of KVADOS Group.

Strong Foundations and New Room for Growth

The newly established company will be led by Ing. Petr Gregor, who brings experience in information systems, digitalisation and the management of technology companies. His role will be to further develop the company, strengthen its market position and, together with the team, identify new ways to help businesses simplify and manage their day-to-day processes more efficiently.

KVADOS IS combines long-standing know-how with the energy of an independent, clearly focused company. By specialising in digitalisation software, it can respond more flexibly to market developments, concentrate investment on enhancing its solutions, and strengthen the services and support provided to customers. In terms of its product portfolio, the new company will take over responsibility for VENTUS, myCASH, myAVIS and myTEAM.

KVADOS IS, s.r.o. is being established through a demerger from KVADOS, a.s. As a result, all contracts with customers and suppliers, employment relationships and other existing arrangements remain in force. This is therefore not a break with the company's existing journey, but its continuation in a new form – with the same experience and responsibility towards customers, but with greater room for further growth.
