From the programme Call of the National Renewal Plan Further professional training of employees in the field of digital skills (IT) and Industry 4.0 "NPO - Digi for umbrella entities" we are implementing the project Innovate by education DIGI, project registration number CZ.31.6.0/0.0/0.0/23_101/0008485 with the possibility of drawing until 30 September 2025.

Businesses of all sizes can be included. Drawdown is possible within the limits of the de minimis aid allocated. As of 1 July 2024, the amount of aid is increased to EUR 300 000. The training can only be used until 30 September 2025.

Innovate through education DIGI provides training in digital skills and also provides a salary allowance to employees who participate in the training.

• Developing digital IT skills - for example, creating or managing software, PCs and computer networks.
• Developing digital skills for Industry 4.0 - training related to the concept of Industry 4.0, the robotization and digitalization of work and the use of autonomous systems and artificial intelligence.
• This includes, for example, operating or programming production machines directly in production or operating and managing digital tools needed for the profession (e.g. computerised accounting, etc.).
• A salary allowance is provided to employees who take part in the training.

The training can take the form of tailor-made closed courses directly in the companies (the number of persons per training is 10 - 12). "Open courses" will also be available, where individual employees can also apply (then it is not necessary to have a whole group of 10 - 12 persons). We will keep you informed about the offer. Training can also take place online.
