The NCA hosts Russian Clusters in Prague and Ostrava
This week, the Czech Republic receives the delegation of cluster stakeholders from Russia led by the Centre for the Development of the Nuclear-Innovation Cluster of Dimitrovgrad.
This week, the Czech Republic receives the delegation of cluster stakeholders from Russia led by the Centre for the Development of the Nuclear-Innovation Cluster of Dimitrovgrad. The National Cluster Association will accompany the 18 representatives of clusters, universities, companies and regional government of the Ulyanovsk region and the Siberian Zheleznogorsk through the intensive programme.
They will meet the Ministry of Industry and Trade and CzechInvest state agency, the protagonists of the Czech cluster policy, and learn about the cluster support from the “Cooperation” Programme. The first day will be crowned with the presentation of the Nanoprogres cluster – the excellent research leader in nanotechnology. The second day is devoted to the achievements of the Institute for Nuclear Research in Rez, the Czech most advanced knowledge, science and services provider in nuclear power and producer of radiopharmaceuticals. At the close, the ATOMEX cluster organisation will present their activities. The next two days spent in Ostrava will be full of meetings, workhops and excursions – Czech Machinery Cluster, Moravian-Silesian Automotive, Energy and Wood Clusters together with the Technical University of Ostrava. “The excursion of the Russian partners to the Czech Republic is the second, practical phase of training started with my lecturing on cluster development and the Czech experience in Dimitrovgrad in October 2015”, said Pavla Bruskova, the President of the NCA.
