Nanoprogress supports its member companies with grant writing and building international contacts through foreign missions

Novinka

Nanoprogress organises thematic workshops to train its members in writing grant applications, and also conducts international missions that bring new contacts and business opportunities to its members.

Nanoprogress is a highly active cluster organisation with extensive experience in project implementation and project proposal preparation. To support its member companies in obtaining grants, it has organised a series of thematic workshops. During these workshops, the cluster shared key know-how with participants, including how to properly structure grant proposals, important pitfalls to avoid, and areas to highlight. Emphasis was placed on effectively formulating the content, providing companies with valuable insights for successful application submissions.

Nanoprogress has organised international missions focused on developing business and R&D opportunities and facilitated its members' participation in prestigious international trade fairs. These missions included visits to key markets such as Canada, the USA, Chile, Vietnam, China, Brazil, and Singapore. During these trips, Nanoprogress arranged meetings with local partners and stakeholders, helping to open new business opportunities and expand collaboration prospects.

Thanks to this support, some member companies have obtained innovation grants fully funded by European sources, for example, through the INGENIOUS Eurocluster or VIDA projects.

Additionally, the company Nanopharma, a.s. received an internationalisation grant that enabled it to participate in the K-Beauty Expo in South Korea, the largest event of its kind. At the trade fair, the company hosted a promotional booth and established valuable partnerships.

The companies Sintex and Tylex took part in the Techtextil trade fair, which led to new commercial opportunities. Thanks to Nanoprogress’s activities, member organisations have joined more than 10 international projects.

The cluster has specifically supported companies such as Nanopharma, a.s., APPLIC, s.r.o., Bioinova, a.s., EPS Biotechnology s.r.o., Filtrex s.r.o., BioM3D Technologies, s.r.o. and Teramed, s.r.o., all of which benefit from its support and development opportunities.
