Joint Cluster Initiative: Presenting the new Euroclusters I

Novinka

The European Commission has launched a new set of 16 cross-sectoral, interdisciplinary, and trans-European Joint Cluster Initiatives – the Euroclusters.

Euroclusters bring together industry clusters and other economic actors to drive innovation, adoption of advanced technologies, and the development of strategic EU value chains. They support capacity building in critical areas of Europe’s industrial ecosystems while enabling businesses, especially SMEs, to navigate the green and digital transitions. By focusing on specific value chains within or across the 14 ecosystems identified in the European Industrial Strategy, Euroclusters create synergies across borders and sectors, reinforce resilience, and boost Europe’s global competitiveness.

To introduce the new Euroclusters that focus on net-zero technologies and critical raw materials, the European Cluster Collaboration Platform, on behalf of the European Commission, will host the EU Clusters Talk: “Joint Cluster Initiative: Presenting the new Euroclusters I” on 26 November, from 08:30 to 9:45 CET. This session will give an overview of the Euroclusters, outline their objectives and scope, and discuss how clusters and their members can actively engage in and benefit from these ambitious European initiatives.

The EU Clusters Talks are a space to exchange knowledge and to discuss cluster-relevant topics, which will change with every meeting.

Registration for this event is mandatory before 25 November, 23:59 CET. This event is open to participants from the EU/COSME/SMP countries. Approval will be given on an individual basis.
