Novinka

We are proud to announce the remarkable achievements of the SMEs that participated in the EuroCluster Rural Tourism project. With the generous support of a €5000 financial pack, these SMEs have embarked on transformative journeys, enhancing their operations and sustainability practices.

The EuroCluster Rural Tourism project, co-funded by the COSME program of the European Union, aims to enhance rural tourism by integrating digital and sustainable practices. It connects regional tourism clusters, professional organizations, and local development agencies to support 190 SMEs in 15+ countries. The project focuses on digitalization, green practices, improving social-cultural skills, fostering international collaboration, and promoting sustainable tourism.

Family Bakery´s standout project integrates accommodation services with a bakery and food business, offering guests baking, cake decorating, and cooking classes. This includes an online ordering system for pre-ordering meals, enhancing convenience and satisfaction. The owner’s diverse background and culinary expertise are key to this initiative.

💠Family Bakery Project Focus:

Digitalisation 💻: Enhancing marketing, customer communication, and internal processes.
Sustainability🌿: Prioritizing environmental sustainability.

💠Key Activities:

🔅Supporting activities and adapting to market changes.
🔅Promoting unique facilities and historical sites.
🔅Showcasing content on global platforms.
🔅Enhancing digital marketing and data analysis.
🔅Fostering sustainable practices and community integration.

💠Expected Impacts:

🔅Broadened client base and enhanced sustainability.
🔅Innovative visitor experiences.
🔅Economic growth and job creation.

Steps towards digitalization include registering on Airbnb and creating an online guidebook. Future plans involve an online order system, digital marketing, and culinary experiences. Offering local produce meals and streamlining orders should increase satisfaction and revenue.

💡Cooking masterclasses and diverse dietary options will enrich guest experiences and attract more clientele. This project aims to set standards in gastronomy, sustainability, and inclusivity by prioritizing local ingredients and cultural exchange.

In summary, the project enhances guest experiences, increases revenue, and streamlines operations. It promotes sustainable and inclusive tourism practices, aiming to set new standards and inspire industry change.
