EuroCluster Rural Tourism - Q-COOP and its project outcomes

Q-COOP completed its part of the project thanks to its participation in the EuroCluster Rural Tourism project and with the support of a €5,000 financial package.


The EuroCluster Rural Tourism project, co-funded by the COSME program of the European Union, aims to enhance rural tourism by integrating digital and sustainable practices. It connects regional tourism clusters, professional organizations, and local development agencies to support 190 SMEs in 15+ countries. The project focuses on digitalization, green practices, improving social-cultural skills, fostering international collaboration, and promoting sustainable tourism.

 

💠Q-COOP Project Focus:

  • Service Enhancement: Developing attractive product packages in partnership with local service providers to boost the appeal of local accommodations, draw more visitors, and extend their stays.
  • Regional Promotion: Committed to promoting and supporting their micro-region by creating vital connections and linking tourist offerings to increase overall guest numbers.

💠Key Activities:

  • Digital Presentation: Launching a comprehensive digital showcase of the region on the OUTDOORACTIVE platform.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamlining internal processes using advanced management tools.
  • Sustainability: Presenting the Green Code to guests, emphasizing ecological responsibility.
  • Innovative Offerings: Developing virtual guides with educational and ecological content and crafting new accommodation packages linked to local attractions like swimming pools and ski areas.
  • Digital Marketing: Collaborating with experts to create a data-driven digital marketing strategy and promoting their offerings on the Outdooractive platform to reach a wider audience.
  • Community Integration: Promoting local services and products, integrating them into tailored guest packages.
