As part of its service portfolio, the European Cluster Collaboration platform offers the Cluster Booster Academy to support cluster managers in their current work as much as in the further development of their cluster. The Cluster Booster Academy aims to provide learning opportunities for cluster managers to further develop their own skills and to pave their cluster’s way to becoming a cluster of the future. Many learnings are worth sharing with the whole cluster community, as the exchange on what makes a successful cluster manager is a recurring subject of discussion in the cluster community.

The European Cluster Collaboration Platform, on behalf of the European Commission, organised the EU Clusters Talk “Cluster Management 101: Special session on strategies and skills” on 19 June, 8:30 – 9:45 CET, to present key learnings from the Cluster Booster Academy, give an overview of the theoretical framework of cluster management, and discuss challenges with the cluster community.
