We draw a subsidy from the Operational Programme Employment Plus (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ+") within the project Innovate through education 2, registration number CZ.03.01.03/00/22_040/0002400. Project duration 01/2024 - 12/2026. 

Innovate by Education 2 (Inovujme vzděláním 2 - Výzva 40) offers free training within the framework of de minimis support. As of 1 July 2024, the amount of aid has been increased to EUR 300 000.

Corporate members of cluster organisations that are members of the NCA can use the training for their employees.

Areas of education:

• Soft and managerial skills
• Language training
• Accounting, economic and legal courses
• Technical and other vocational training
• Beyond training, we plan regular meetings for HR managers, where we provide consultation on setting up training in the company, adapting specific training concepts to the needs of the company

Training can take place in the form of closed, tailor-made courses in companies (number of persons per training is 10 - 12). "Open courses" will also be available, where individual employees can also apply (then it is not necessary to have a whole group of 10 - 12 persons). Training can also take place online.
