The project responded to the identified demand for the creation of comprehensive training modules with an optimal amount of information for managers, facilitators, TH staff and other staff in relation to innovation infrastructure entities in the Central Bohemia Region.

The aim was to enable this target group to develop qualifications that would help them cope with the demands of their current position and increase their employability on the labour market. The way to achieve the objectives was to create and pilot test 5 innovative training programmes including teaching materials, e-learning and five thematic teaching publications.

The project ran for two years, during which the methodological and content setting of the individual courses was carried out, their pilot testing on a sample of the target group and then the adjustment and refinement of the methodologies to the final form according to the reflection of the requirements and needs of the target group.

The project team responsible for the implementation of the project was made up of experienced professionals with the necessary qualifications. The output of the project was 5 innovative training programmes including teaching materials and e-learning.
