The project enables establishment of strategic partnerships and preparation of advanced courses in a lifelong education for enterprises and clusters with innovation potential in the fields of machinery and automotive engineering.
The main target of the project is to create strategic partnerships and establish a cross-border strategy of lifelong education of engineering and automotive companies in specialized technically oriented fields. The courses are In accordance with the mutual European Qualification Framework and its system of acquired qualification recognition.
Actual requirements and current needs of the employers are reflected in the selected project targets. The main outcome of the project activities will be preparation and pilot implementation of the advanced programmes in lifelong education in the fields of material engineering, product quality, engineering technology and automatization. Furthermore, the joint databases of educational programmes will be established in order to simplify development of knowledge, manual skills and competencies of the employees and increase competitiveness and innovation potential of the enterprises.
